Coordinates hospital-wide continuing quality improvement activities. Responsible for identification, investigation, analysis, and evaluation of risk and selection of the most advantageous method of correcting, reducing or eliminating identifiable risk.
The risk responsibilities as identified by the CEO. Responsible for medical Staff activities, credentialing, and leadership. Responsible for ensuring Infection Control activities are compliant.
Reports the activities of the Quality program to the Medical Staff, Leadership Team, and the Board of Trustees.Required: 4 year / Bachelor Degree requiredPost Graduate Degree – preferred in Health Services AdministrationLicense - FL State licensed RN or compactCPHQ certification preferredMore than 5 years in health care experience with a focus on Quality Management, performance improvement, and/or Risk Management in a supervisory and/or management capacity required2+ years of Quality leadership in healthcare
