As we expand our operations and strive to become a $200 million industry leader, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic scaling of our operations and play a crucial role in our growth journey.
The Operations Manager will lead the operational aspects of our business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and building a high-performing team.

Pay Range: $80-150k per year!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's growth goals.
- Plan and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Evaluate and enhance existing operational processes related to HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Implement scalable processes to accommodate the company's growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, emphasizing a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of Operations personnel.
- Manage resources effectively, including equipment, manpower, and materials, to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of HVAC equipment and materials.
- Identify and address supply chain challenges to maintain project timelines.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold HVAC system installation and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve scheduling, project tracking, and customer communication.
- Explore and adopt HVAC-specific software tools for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager
- HVAC industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operational principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with HVAC technology and software tools.
