Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing omni-channel growth strategies with a focus on customer acquisition, sales performance, growth marketing, and customer experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to build and implement growth oriented processes while also being incredibly collaborative with cross functional partners and business units. The VP of Growth will oversee the sales and marketing functions and work in close partnership with the executive team to align on strategic processes and maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities:
    • Build and implement a strategic, operational framework to align growth oriented processes across all business units to drive efficiency and aligned customer experience.
    • Lead strategic sales growth operations, building strong partnerships with an emphasis on an integrated omni-channel approach across sales teams.
    • In partnership with the executive team, develop strategies to synergize sales, marketing, technology, and customer experience teams, promoting unified brand experience and growth.
    • Leverage shared data and insights across channels to optimize inventory allocation, pricing strategies, promotions, and product availability for seamless omni-channel commerce.
    • Utilize data analytics to gain cross-channel insights, calibrate business goals, and inform executive leadership.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated plans that promote synergies between channels.
    • Lead the sales and marketing functions while working in close partnership with all cross functional areas.
    • Build cohesive high-performing operations teams aligned to shared goals and metrics.
    • Develop unified operations budget and key performance metrics optimized for omni-channel success.
Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in ecommerce and retail environments.
    • Demonstrated success in driving growth within an organization across various departments.
    • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing,  e-commerce, logistics, and the technology used to support omni-channel sales.
    • Tech-savvy with ability to leverage operational data and analytics to drive decision making.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements across integrated channels.
    • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the proven ability to promote cross-functional alignment.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop unified visions and translate objectives into executable steps to drive execution.
    • Success building high-performing omni-channel operations teams with a growth-focused mindset.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or relevant field required, MBA is strongly preferred.

$175,000 - $215,000 a year
