Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a VP of Franchise Operations to sit on our Leadership Team and oversee all aspects of Franchise Operations development, support, and training for our children's enrichment franchise brands (Soccer Shots & Little Kickers). This position is key in enhancing the experience for the children and families we serve, and the franchise communities we support!
Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to program development (curriculum and coaches training) to systematically strengthen our product and be a top-tier provider in the children's enrichment space.
• Oversee enhancements and execution of Franchise Operations resources and education.
• Provide strategic direction to franchise business consulting and support.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of Franchise community events (Conventions, New Operator Trainings, etc.)
• Serve on the Stronger Youth Brands Leadership Team!

We're looking for hard-working leaders with:

• At least 7 years' experience in a leadership/executive role
• At least 10 years' experience in operational support with a national brand
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in developing and executing training programs
• A passion for the Stronger Youth Brands mission
• Capacity to productively drive both strategy & tactics
• Experience leading, growing, and coaching teams
• Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Strong written and verbal communication

The Stronger Youth Brands HQ team supports our Soccer Shots and Little Kickers franchise systems globally, running intro-to-soccer programs for children ages 2-8 in their local communities. Together we serve over 500,000 children each year, and we're growing!

Compensation: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
