The Vice President, Marketing for Blue Rabbit (BR) is a key leadership position responsible for defining and managing the go-to-market launch of Blue Rabbit, and to support the end-to-end process for lead generation, enrollment and launch on the platform to achieve our revenue objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP, Marketing will provide strategic direction and leadership for marketing strategies and plans, ensuring that BR is at the forefront of the industry, engaging and enrolling practices, driving growth, and creating and maintaining a strong combined brand presence for Wedgewood and Blue Rabbit.

This role will work collaboratively with the marketing team, sales team, product technology, finance, operations, and customer care to deliver impactful enrollment and utilization campaigns that resonate with veterinarians, pet owners, horse owners and manufacturers.

 

What You'll Do

· Spearhead market position, value proposition and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and enrollment of qualified veterinary practices onto the Blue Rabbit platform.

· Collaborate with product technology to prioritize enhancements, define requirements, communicate new features, support development of new services and advocate for initiatives to drive greater engagement and enrollment.

· Interface with manufacturers, product owners, data, and analytics to champion the Blue Rabbit value proposition and create successful integrated marketing programs to achieve goals.

· Oversee, manage and report on the day-to-day management of the platform including achievement of core KPIs, improved engagement and service, and scale-up activity.

· Partners with product technology, customer service, and operations to establish core business metrics for campaign performance, service levels, prescriptions management KPIs, client engagement.

· Manage, analyze, and improve marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and utilization across channels, including B2C engagement activity.

· Partners with Marketing Manager responsible for Net Promoter Score (NPS) by implementing and managing improvement programs aimed at enhancing the user experience and responding to feedback for continuous improvement.

· Partners closely with product technology and marketing to ensure a shared expectation on timelines, requirements, and key commercial milestones.

· Work together with creative resources and Dir Communications to generate all literature, sales sheets, testimonials, white papers, etc.

·Collaborate with Director, Manufacturing Partnerships on bundling programs, pricing strategy, incentives, and more.

· Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.

Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies to identify areas of differentiation and opportunities for growth.

· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools, materials, and training to achieve their sales objectives.

· Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.

· Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring measurable ROI on marketing spend.

· Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI and effectiveness.

· Engage with internal stakeholders (including executives) and external partners/vendors to drive marketing initiatives.

· Function as the face of the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.

What You'll Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

· At least 15 years in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Preferred a combination of b2b, b2c and/or b2b2c environments.

· Technical orientation with previous experience SaaS necessary.

· Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Demonstrable experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to inform strategies and decision-making.

· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

· A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments to achieve results.

 

Physical Requirements

· Normal office activity including keyboarding, interacting with others, participating in meetings, and extended periods of sitting and/or standing in an open office or work-from-home environment.

· Light physical effort (usually lifting/moving up to 25 pounds)

· Ability to work extended hours and weekends on occasio
