What you will do:

CyberArk is seeking a VP, Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs to develop the strategy for and lead the execution of comprehensive GTM initiatives and programs across the globe. This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and creating impactful programs and campaigns that elevate CyberArk’s brand, drive demand, and enable our sales team, solutions specialists, and partners. Leading Solutions Programs, Customer Marketing, Partner Marketing, Vertical Marketing and Paid Media, this role brings together all programs to drive growth for our Identity Security platform and for our entire portfolio of solutions. Reporting to the CMO, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the SaaS and/or cybersecurity space, exceptionally talented and passionate for unlocking and decoding buyer needs into visionary marketing strategies and value stories.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: define and implement a comprehensive global GTM strategy that aligns with CyberArk’s goals, enhances brand visibility, and drives market share growth.
  • Program Development: lead the creation of innovative GTM programs and campaigns that support thought leadership, demand generation, and sales activation, ensuring they support execution from the field marketing teams and our Global Demand Center.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Marketing, Sales, Solutions teams, Product Management, Customer Success and Partners to ensure GTM strategies are effectively communicated and adopted across all channels.
  • Customer and Partner Facing: engage with customers and partners to help them understand the benefits from solutions.
  • Market Expertise: keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform GTM strategies and rapid-response programs.
  • Solutions Definition: provide insights and support to key stakeholders to inform the identification and development of new solutions and services.
  • Campaign Development: oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content for websites, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Performance Measurement: establish OKRs to measure the effectiveness of GTM programs and campaigns, leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize performance. Co-lead GTM performance reviews with Solutions GMs.
  • Team Leadership: build, mentor, and lead a high-performing GTM team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience: 15 or more years of relevant experience in marketing with significant focus on GTM strategies and programs in the B2B market, preferably in the SaaS, tech or cybersecurity industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience: strong background in business analytics and ability to show impact to revenue growth, demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
  • Visionary: experience developing thought leadership to enhance a company’s reputation in terms of expertise and innovation.
  • Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal skills - able to persuade with insights and defend investments and programs.
  • Leadership: demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders
  • Style: highly motivated, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. Able to navigate complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

The salary range for this position is $186,000 – $265,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
