Job Description

As the Vice President, Global Benefits and Wellness, you will work closely with the Chief People Officer and the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards and Performance. Your role is critical in developing and executing a comprehensive global strategy for our benefits and wellness programs. This position demands a leader who not only understands the intricacies of Global Benefits and wellness programs but also possesses the strategic foresight to innovate and differentiate our offerings in the talent market. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling and enhancing these functions to support the company's growth and evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision and Innovation: Utilize your deep understanding of benefits and wellness landscapes to introduce innovative programs that position ServiceNow as an employer of choice.
  • Technical and Market Expertise: Leverage your comprehensive knowledge in benefits and wellness to implement best practices and drive innovation, attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Engagement with Leadership: Act as a key liaison for benefits and wellness initiatives, presenting strategic insights and updates to executive team.
  • Leadership in Benefits and Wellness: Spearhead the strategic development and execution of Global Benefits and wellness initiatives that align with the company's goals, enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build robust partnerships across finance and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery and effectiveness of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Team Development and Empowerment: Elevate the capabilities of your team, enabling them to forge strong connections with the business and champion a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership in Global Benefits and wellness, preferably within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • BA or BS degree required, advance degree (in Finance, HR, or related field).
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement forward-thinking Global Benefits and wellness strategies that support business objectives and employee needs.
  • Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Deep understanding of Global Benefits and wellness programs, with a keen eye for leveraging technology and analytics to enhance decision-making and program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences, including the board and executive team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on nurturing talent within the team.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $263,000 - $447,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
