Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Overall responsibility for leading and directing the field service function for the organization based out of St. Louis, MO and Carrollton, TX facilities.
  • Directs the organization's service activities - installations, service, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
  • Responsible for electro-mechanical (pump) medical device manufacturing including production, service, engineering, purchasing, quality, support. Plan labor capacity and manage physical assets. Develop long-term strategic manufacturing plans.
  • Define, plan, and oversee the attainment of performance goals, objectives, priorities and standards. Establish annual financial plans and forecast financial and operational performance to meet corporate revenue goals and product cost goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and know-how in all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Make recommendations for and lead continuous improvement activity.
  • Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, termination.

  • Determines actual organizational structure and allocation of resources.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred
  • Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport
