We are looking for full-time VP of Foster Care to add to our team! All you need is a Master's degree in Social Work with four to six years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in program management. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a VP of Foster Care
As the VP of Foster Care, you will provide support to Foster Care Directors who oversee Foster Care supervisors and staff working with foster homes and children. Foster Care Vice Presidents are Committed to providing quality leadership, strategic planning, and high-level operational management for organizational growth, stability, and success. The Foster Care Vice President is responsible for the oversight of all TFI Foster Care Programs in Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Texas.
What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for someone with a Proven track record of successful outcomes in child welfare.
- Knowledge and expertise in Foster Care operations, including program development, supervision, and direct service provision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaborative relationships with staff, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through effectively managing teams and driving outcomes.
- Experience program development and implementation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
