Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.Master's degree preferred. Certified Public Accountant license preferred.Minimum of five years successful management experience.Valid driver's license and must meet agency driving standards.

Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is an affiliate supporting the TFI Family of Companies and other Nonprofits. As the Vice President of Finance, under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you are responsible for managing daily financial operations of the Agency according to established policies and procedures. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinate managers.

• Responsible for the Financial and Purchasing Management and day to day functions of the Agency.
• Ensures timely and accurate financial reports for management.
• Researches and implements automation and efficiencies for Finance and Purchasing to keep them current and secure. Builds, develops, and manages Finance, and Purchasing teams capable of carrying out needed initiatives.
• Ensure internal controls are properly designed and operating effectively.
• Strengthen analytics capability and provide hands-on, metrics and trend driven results to assist management in evaluation of program and agency status.
• Participate in the application and selection of the company's insurance policies.
• Will be required to travel in order to attend meetings, training, or conduct business off site. Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business. Not required to transport clients.
• Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position.
• Provides regular supervision and professional development of Agency employees.
• Advocates, promotes and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions.
• Develops, promotes and practices teamwork in all activities.
