The VP Divisional Sales Manager drives the category sales strategy. Gains deep product knowledge and serves as a subject matter expert with customers. Serves as division's liaison to Sales function.
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with sales and Division President's on category sales and margin strategy.
- Work with Division President and CMs to make decisions for discontinuing products and handling
- Evaluate trade-off of using standard vs. building custom product for customer.
- Develop deep expertise of division's products and serve as product expert to sales and directly
- Serve as liaison between sales and division roles (CMs, ACMs); filter and prioritize requests for
- Work with CMs to deliver on necessary customer-driven product enhancements/adjustments in a
- Attend customer meetings, focusing on medium sized strategic customers (not small customers).
- Drive and coordinate division support to deliver on sales strategy including coordinating with
- Work closely with sales to validate forecasts, manage cancelled/changed forecasts and move
- Convey sales and customer feedback to divisions.
- Address MOQ issues by working with sales to generate new forecasts or getting sign off from Division President to take on inventory.
- Education: Bachelor's level degree
- Experience: 7 – 10 years related experience
- Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: Windows, MS Office
- Working Conditions: General office environment
- Travel: Attend industry trade shows and frequent travel to retail accounts.
- Other Skills/Abilities: Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to set clear expectations, direction and deadlines. Ability to prioritize and react to changing requirements with a sense of urgency.

Salary Range - $110,000.00 to $155,000.00 per annum
