Simultaneously, our integration platform is positioned to drive composable business with the use of several API, events and batch integrations.
As the VP, Data Platform and Integrations, you will drive the strategic business transformation by modernizing the data and integration platforms to be future ready and fit for business, setup flagship cross segment data products, define data engineering best practices and establish centers for enabling segments in collaboration with the segment leaders to ensure the timely delivery of the programs. Your drive for innovation and cutting-edge ideas will propel us ahead of the competition, setting industry benchmarks and establishing a robust foundation for the next 10-15 years.
What are we looking for?

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field with 10+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Extensive experience driving data and integration platform transformation programs to make it fit for business, implementing complex integration programs to support multiyear business transformation and enabling data-as-a-service to strategic analytical programs
• Deep knowledge of integration patterns, architypes, marketplace, deployment strategies and driving efficiency with reuse of APIs and Events
• Strong understanding of technology management principles of cloud-based platforms, data tooling best practices for data governance, integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), and data products as a service.
• Expertise in data domain definition, implementing canonical and common data models, and developing packaged capabilities that will help bring data and integration closer
• Experience with resource management, deployment, access management, data governance support, high-availability, and disaster-recovery for Data Platform and Integrations
• Ability to setup, and run integration development and deployment factories
• The capability to participate in multiple complex programs concurrently in an agile environment

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Provide thought leadership on the Data Platform and integration strategy and roadmap.
• Drive a product mindset for designing and implementing integrations with a clear product roadmap, product ownership, extension strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Implement Composable Business concepts to enable segments to be future-ready and support their business growth strategy.
• Standardize APIs/Events by domains, establish business ownership, catalogue them for easy discovery, and drive reusability.
• Define an operating model for effective engagement of factories with the 'Transformation Squad.'
• Be the sounding board for the transformation office to facilitate efficient development and deployment of integrations.
• Drive RFPs to set up the Integration "Build and Deployment" factory and implement integration platform technology strategy.
• Develop a Data Platform strategy and reference architecture covering the data and analytics lifecycle.
• Evaluate technologies and platforms to identify the best fit for business needs.
• Ensure compliance of platforms with Mars privacy policies, security controls, access and availability management, performance monitoring, cost management, etc.
• Establish a roadmap for Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) expansion and related areas, including sustainability.
• Position DaaS as a flagship area within the Enterprise to showcase best practices in utilizing Data Platform services.
