Position Summary: The Business Process Transformation function within the Digital team is responsible for performing high-level and in-depth discovery and analysis of CWS Business, Servicing and Ops strategies and processes to recommend improvements to process workflows. The role focuses on evaluating current processes and recommending changes to improve efficiency, and performance. The end products will typically be formalized sets of manual and automated tasks and activities to satisfy specific business needs.
The Process manager will take a holistic approach to process innovation and process effectiveness -thisisn't a once and done activity and meaningful change requires continuous improvement. Essential Functions:Collaborate with Ops Business Unit leads and Process owners to identify innovative ways to minimize errors, reduce waste, and improve productivity and efficiency. Update business processes to meet changing business needs -evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control updates to business processes.
Partner with Ops Business unit leads on decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and monitor business process requirements for new project initiatives. Collaborate with Process owners and Process users to ensure appropriate controls are implemented to comply with regulatory requirements.
Evaluate potential vendor solutions for process improvements Source and manage vendor relationship for initial implementation of and ongoing process enhancements. Develop and maintain business process documentation for use as reference for preparing test cases and training, etc. Design and develop best practices playbook for business process improvement initiatives.
Track and communicate status of business process projects. Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to implement process improvements Education and Experience: 10 + years' experience in Operations (Front/Back office) Process redesign, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related fields Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operation Research, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Summary of Qualifications: Proven ability to be a partner and driver of change. Strategic thinker who is detail-oriented with a strong tactical execution set Ability to manage concurrent projects from inception to implementation Ability to work effectively across functions, businesses, divisions and management levels.
