Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door and high traffic area canvassing to engage with potential voters.
- Communicate effectively to convey the importance of voting.
- Provide information and answer questions about elections.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in canvassing, telemarketing, customer service, or related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection professionally
Note: This position may require working evenings and weekends.
