Volunteer Soccer Coach

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement soccer training programs for players of various skill levels and ages
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, including passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' technical abilities and tactical understanding
- Create a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
- Provide guidance and support to players to help them reach their full potential
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games

Requirements:
- Have to have graduated more than one year ago
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with players, parents, and other coaches
- Ability to demonstrate and teach proper soccer techniques
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to maintain discipline during training sessions
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of individual players or teams
-CPR Certification
- Passion for working with youth athletes and helping them develop their skills both on and off the field
