Role Summary: As one of the Fundraising Coordinatorsat Destiel, you will play a crucial role in raising funds to support our mission and programs. You'll engage with donors, develop fundraising campaigns, and implement strategies to increase financial support for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet revenue goals
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
• Utilize online platforms and social media to promote fundraising initiatives and engage donors
• Maintain accurate records of donor communications and contributions
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure transparency and accountability in financial transactions

Qualifications:

· Passion for the LGBTQ+ community and commitment to our mission

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

Time Commitment: This is a voluntary, part-time position with an estimated weekly time commitment is roughly 10 to 30 hours a week.
