Position Overview: We are in search of two passionate and experienced coaches to join our staff, focusing on distinct roles:

Linemen Coaches Responsibilities:

• Player Development:
• Design and execute effective training programs tailored to enhance the skills, strength, and agility of offensive linemen.Provide personalized coaching to refine techniques, footwork, and position-specific fundamentals.Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence among offensive linemen.
• Game Planning and Strategy:
• Collaborate with the head coach and offensive coordinator to craft game plans that capitalize on the strengths of the offensive linemen.Analyze opponents' strategies to identify weaknesses and formulate effective counter-strategies.Assist in implementing offensive schemes that align with the team's overall strategy.
• Leadership and Motivation:
• Inspire and motivate offensive linemen to achieve their full potential both on and off the field.Instill a sense of discipline, responsibility, and sportsmanship among players.Serve as a positive role model, showcasing professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience coaching Offensive and/or Defensive Linemen at the youth, HS, collegiate, or professional level.Comprehensive knowledge of football strategy, techniques, and current trends.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Passion for developing young athletes both athletically and personally.Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching staff.

Selected applicants will have the opportunity to become a full time, paid employee for Royal T Foundation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $1.00 - $1,000.00 per year
