Minimum Requirements:

Current RN License and Associate Degree with six (6) years of experience.

OR

Current RN License and Baccalaureate degree with two (2) years experience in the last five (5) years.

OR

Current LVN License and Associate Degree with six (6) years of experience.

OR

Current LVN License and Baccalaureate degree with two (2) years experience in the last five (5) years.
