Experience with enterprise-level virtualization, designing, implementing and maintaining VMware ESXi servers and clusters
Strong knowledge of storage solutions and how to integrate them on the cluster
Knowledge of networking integration into VMware ESXi and hands-on troubleshooting common problems
Experience with capacity planning, monitoring, and maintenance of VMware clusters with VMware infrastructure/vSphere
VMware ESXi infrastructure build, administration and support experience
Experience in installing, upgrading VMware systems and servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the VMware environment
Patch management: operating system, security patches, and/or handling configurational issues
Good hands-on technical and troubleshooting experience including provisioning, Configuration, modification, and decommissioning
Experience in handling virtual machine server and appliance instances, snapshots, and restoration
