The Visual Presentation Coordinator supports the Sr. Manager - Visual Presentation and Visual Merchandising while working on the seasonal floorset direction. Coordinating creative seasonal templates, graphic design needs and execute training and communication documents. The role will work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations for seasonal needs of floorset production.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing the production of monthly seasonal floorset direction for Aeropostale and
- Responsible for coordinating and managing seasonal line list direction, working with VM team on
- Supports the photoshoot process of seasonal floor sets in the mock store.
- Develop relationships with key cross functional partners to ensure consistent, accurate visual &
- Creates seasonal floorset templates in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Marketing team for
- Manages all weekly/seasonal directives through corporate portal partnering with Store
- Maintains the VM Seasonal calendar for Floorset production timelines, mock store walkthroughs and
- Maintains the timeline and creative production of VM directives.
- Facilitates seasonal store photography needs.
- Collaborate on shared initiatives and special projects.
- Participate in seasonal In-store execution and floorset walkthrough.
- 1-2 years graphic design and/or visual merchandising experience. Retail experience a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic/fashion design or visual merchandising preferred.
- Flexible, organized, collaborative, with strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Creativity – must have strong visual eye and styling skills. Competition and industry awareness.
- Flexible, with a team player attitude
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally to visit stores as necessary
- Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
