We are looking for a talented Visual & Motion Designer to join our exciting team and create visible and impactful change! This will be a hybrid design role, in which you will get to exercise your visual design, motion graphics, and illustration skills. You will start by using Design Thinking methodology to develop empathy for the product's users. You will work closely with local and global teams to deliver high quality, end-to-end designs in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate complex information into engaging visual assets, including presentations, marketing collaterals, journey maps, storyboards, illustrations, animations, etc.
- The primary tasks will be on visual design while the secondary tasks will be on presentation, illustration, and motion designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, marketing, engineering, research, subject matter experts, legal, and executive leadership)
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics
- Share knowledge and educate the team and the organization about our design process and best practices
Required
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating a variety of design skills in at least three areas:
- Visual design, especially in relation to UX, design system, product, or marketing
- Motion graphics, including micro-interactions for components
- Illustration andhow you create and use illustrations to tell a story

- 1+ years of professional experience in the design field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally in a clear and engaging manner
- Proficiency in visual/product design, motion graphics, and presentation software, especially Figma, Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Keynote
- Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g., digital products, motion graphics, websites, mobile apps, prints, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience with UX and product design process
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodology and (workshop) facilitation
- Familiarity with financial terminologies
- Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design
- Technical knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
