The Visual Merchandiser II position ensures that visual moments with online product postings are set and maintained to positively promote the online shopping experience and subsequently drive sales by utilizing merchandising techniques with fixture blocking, lighting, and the implementation of staging elements. This position may also provide a variety of activities to support the e-commerce team to include product evaluation, sorting, researching, and pricing items as well as providing customer service through phone and email contact.

Essential Functions:

• Be fully aware and positively promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. (ESGWND).
• Ability to interact and communicate professionally with customers and other Team Members.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by researching their concerns or issues.
• Computer skills to include internet research and the use of Microsoft Office Products.
• Knowledge in e-commerce business fundamentals including desired online guest shopping patterns and promotion strategies to drive sales of product inventory.
• Partner with the E-Commerce/Commodities Manger on planning, supporting, and validating the visual standards set online for product promotion driving sales and customer engagement.
• Solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to create and maintain inspiring presentations.
• Partner to maintain visual integrity by merchandising online visual moments.
• May be tasked with jewelry evaluation and sorting to identify precious metals and gems.
• May Determine quality, estimated value and classification of items for sale.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours or more, walk, sit, talk, see, hear, type, and reach.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and averages.
• Maybe asked to package, label and ship sold items, as needed.
• Understand e-commerce sales goals, plan, and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on visual merchandising to succeed and set sales goals
• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.
• Various other minor or incidental tasks related to the position being described may be assigned as needed.
