What you will work on: As a Bowerman Creation University (BCU) Visual Communicator you will support the BCU Technical Training team with creating and updating technical training content for the Nike Footwear Creation team members.
In your day-to-day work you will support the BCU Technical Training team content design work in the form of presentation decks, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides), one-pagers, printed class handouts, interactive online content, videos, e-learning tutorials, and more. You'll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, from concept to execution. What you will do: Designing and creating new content to support training courses and programming.
Adjusting, updating, formatting, and applying branding to new and existing content. Applying design thinking and instructional design methodology to the creation of new and existing content with Nike Footwear Creation learners in mind. Supporting the team with design consultation and collaboration.
Skills: Required: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) Experience in Storyline 360 - Articulate Proficient in PowerPoint Instructional design experience Experience in video production, video editing, and blended learning modules Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design through the Adobe Creative Suite Thoughtful communicator and excellent team player Strong instincts for how layout, composition, type, color, and images contribute to impactful training. Conceptual thinker who sees design as visual communication and executes to the highest level Self-managed, self-motivated, and can also work well in team collaborative environment Ability to work under tight deadline requirements. Familiar with accessibility standards Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail, clear communication and professionalism.
