Description:

The Mathematics Department at Tulane University invites applications for two Visiting Professor positions to begin in the Fall of 2024. These visiting positions are non-renewable, non-tenured, full time academic year positions, that carry a teaching load of three courses in two semesters. The positions have a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with the candidate's qualifications.

The successful candidate will be expected to: (1) teach a variety of introductory Mathematics and Statistics courses; and (2) collaborate in research with existing faculty and students in the Mathematics Department.

The Mathematics Department at Tulane University consists of 22 tenured/tenure-track faculty members whose interests span a broad range of fields in pure and applied mathematics as well as statistics, and 5 Professors of Practice. Please visit us at https://sse.tulane.edu/math.

PhD in Mathematics or Statistics
