Vision Care Receptionist, Technician, And Optician

We are an Optometry office/boutique who believes in outstanding customer service. Our team would like to extend an opportunity to a Patient Receptionist, Technician and Optician to join our practice.

We are looking for someone with a GREAT personality. No experience required.

Receptionist:

What we offer is to train you how to communicate effectively, increase your familiarity with electronic medical records, how to make great patients, how to answer the phone calls, how to handle insurance information, and even how to make retail sales with patients. This is a great job to learn about the health care industry or even to specialize in the eye care field. Although we are looking for a full time job and have a set schedule, as a small business we are very flexible and understanding for the occasional schedule change.

Responsibilities/Duties
- answer phone calls from patients and insurances
- assist the eye doctor with patient care
- sell frames and optical lenses
- make glasses from scratch (it's easy)'

Optician:

We need an optician skilled in sales who has a positive attitude, a true team spirit, and a genuine desire to take care of our patients and help our practice grow. One 1 year experience required

Our office is also in need of ophthalmic technicians/ doctor assistants to aid in the patient workup. Experience preferred, but training available for applicants interested in this position.

Full-time(40 hrs) and Part-time (20hrs). Availability on Saturdays a must.
