Job Description
Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a flexible opportunity to provide virtual services to students across a range of grade levels? We are currently seeking virtual SLPs to join our team in Virginia. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours, working with K-12th grade caseloads in a virtual setting.
Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Virginia (Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in virtual one-on-one or group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Virginia state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and utilize teletherapy platforms.
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, flexible hours
