Virtual Psychotherapist (LMSW/LLMSW)

About us:

Alyssa Jesse Therapy, LLC is a small group practice that offers psychotherapy services for diagnoses that require more specialized treatment. At this time, the primary diagnoses we specialize in are eating disorders, trauma, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Our practice values the relationship and connection between the client and therapist, and appreciates the uniqueness that each therapist brings into our practice!

Our therapist positions are flexible, and we empower our clinicians to practice in the way that embraces their authentic and true selves. Our practice is fun, relaxed, and offers as much support and supervision as preferred. At this time, the position isvirtual with opportunities for in-person work in the future (Birmingham, MI location).

Our practice offers:

-Supervision for LLMSW's/LMSW's, individual and group consultation done monthly

-Monthly reimbursement for Psychology Today listing, as well as other paid marketing completed by the practice

-Daily billing submission, to ensure timely payment for therapists

-Starting at 60/40 split for LLMSW's

Duties:
- Provide individual sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct intake assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Experience/Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (LLMSW/LMSW)
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
-Specialization or in pursuit of additional training for specific diagnoses/modalities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
