Virtual Occupational Therapist (Ot) | Alamo Ranch

We are currently looking to fill a position for a school virtual Occupational Therapist candidate to work in our school district.This is a great full-time opportunity for the 2023-2024 school year. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development and be mitted to supporting students in overing challenges that may hinder their academic or social progress.
Position Overview:

• Part-Time
• K-8th grade classroom, 7 students

Job Qualifications:

• Masters degree in occupational therapy
• Must have active State OT License
• Education certificate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for students.
• Provide direct therapy services and interventions to improve students' participation and performance in the school setting.

Experience:

• Previous experience as school Occupational Therapist preferred.
