About Us:
We are on an exciting journey of growth and are seeking licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals to join our team. Our focus is on serving the disabled and geriatric population, alongside teens and adults across all stages of life. The lead therapist will play a pivotal role in addressing common mental health challenges using evidence-based treatments while maintaining thorough documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Your Role:
As a virtual psychotherapist, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment for a range of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities. Your specialized clinical training and skills will be essential in delivering effective care to our clients.
In-Person Option Available:
If you prefer in-person work, you have the option to collaborate with social service and medical teams at assigned facilities.
Flexible Schedule:
While full-time positions typically operate Monday to Friday, we offer flexibility to accommodate part-time schedules. Our in-house Intake Coordinator will handle patient intake and scheduling, allowing you to focus solely on therapy sessions.
Supportive Environment:
Working with Nexum HC provides a healthy work-life balance, with full supervision as needed. Additionally, we handle billing and insurance credentialing, relieving administrative burdens and allowing you to concentrate on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with departmental standards and regulations.
Compensation:
This is a fee-for-service position, with payment per session completed in our EMR system.
