Salary```Duties``` - Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records ```Qualifications``` - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal) - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers - Previous experience in a Customer Service role preferred - Sales experience is a plus - Multilingual abilities are a plus We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
