Virtual Customer Care Job description:
Are you an exceptional English speaker with a professional accent? Do you have experience in dealing with customers/clients telephonically? Are you super organized and detail-oriented? Do you have the self-discipline to manage and motivate yourself? If this sounds like you, then we would love for you to join our myVA360 team.
You will need:
Available every week day (Mon-Fri) from 9 am to 5 pm (Pacific Time)
Completely fluent in English - written and spoken
At least 3 years of corporate work experience
Experience working remotely
Ongoing access to high-speed internet
A dependable computer with up-to-date software
A quiet working environment which allows for professional telephone conversations
Microsoft Office proficiency
Familiarity with cloud or online tools such as Asana and GSuite
Be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software quickly
Excellent communication skills - with the patience and tact to deal with clients
Contactable references
High school diploma or higher
Your duties may include:
Answering and making calls
Diary and calendar management, scheduling, and reminders
Lead conversion
Checking orders and delivery follow-ups
Screening and interviewing candidates
Email management
Administration and file management
Compiling reports
Writing and communications
Creating presentations
Creating processes
