A school district near the Harris, MN area currently has an opening for a Virtual Licensed School Nurse. This role involves ensuring the health and safety of students, collaborating with educators and families, and implementing health-related programs.
This is a 1099 position and applicants must be able to complete a short tech screening prior to the interview and be comfortable using virtual communication tools.
Caseload Details:
- Kindergarten to age 21+
- Providing remote support for 3 school sites
- Attend IEP/504 meetings
- Start in January
- Part-time
Position Requirements:
- Must have an active Certified School Nurse License in Minnesota
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- Must have on-site School-based experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must provide your own liability insurance.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and remote healthcare tools.
- Bilingual a plus
Compensation:
- Weekly pay
- Pay is based on experience
- Bonus pay
