Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Maintains tracking and entry of all VIP players entering into our private lounge by following department procedures.
- Ensures all guests are seated in a timely manner. Manages line control and seats players as seating is available. Maintains constant awareness of table availability in designated area. Helps out lounge waitresses and busboys on clearing tables when needed.
- Consistently goes above and beyond required duties to ensure exceptional guest service; establishing and maintaining a professional relationships with all casino VIPs and their guests.
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- Previous work experience in direct guest service role providing pro-active service. Experience working in a casino environment strongly preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to mediate and resolve conflict.
- Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
