PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is primary responsibility of the VIP Lounge Courier to run various types of errands for the VIP/Villa departments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run various types of errands for VIP and Villa guests including picking up show tickets from other properties and personal shopping for guests
- Contact hosts to review guest bills at check-out
- Assist penthouse guest with curbside check-in and escort to the VIP Elevators
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure daily arrival rooms are cleaned
- Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Suggest activities and book reservations as it pertains to guest entertainment, dining, and other services
- Assist VIP casino and hotel guest reservations with hotel registration, check out, and concierge requests
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction
- Restock VIP Lounge amenities
- Answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
