Bottle Service Host : COMMISSION ON ALL SALES SOLD BY YOU!
Setup Duties:
- Have Vip wristbands, reservation list, menu and table tickets ready to go.
- Set up the outdoor booth (when we get it).
- Verify where the girls are stationed for the evening and debrief BSG and busser on amount of reservations and any specific requests/info about the client if applicable.
- Verify that all props and signs are at the left stanchion and that everyone has their walkies. (test bubble guns, lights, and open menus).
- Verify visually that the tables are set up properly with VIP bottle setup. Make sure it's set up nice and presentable.
- Go around and inform employees that if anyone asks about getting in quick/VIP to inform you right away (only do this for the first few weeks so people remember to do so).
While the club is open:
- Constantly scouting the line to see for any potential table guests. Also just informing people that we have bottle service.
- If people are in the front of the club asking about skipping the line offer the no-wait ticket and or vip line.
- Check in on the girls to see their location and status once in a while. Try to have them separated unless doing a presentation or catering to a table.
- If it's slow go watch the presentation. Speak with the guests. Make them feel comfortable and extra special. You can get tipped as well.
- You should either be outside scouting when the line dies down check in on the current tables and anybody else inside.
Closing Duties:
- Make sure the girls are shutting it down around 1:30 wrapping things up and shortly after should be walking around the club with the lights and bubble machine dancing, socializing etc.
- 1:45 BSG lead to get things started to shut it down.
- Verify that all props are back in the emt room with BSG lead (bubble machines are charging and refilled, walkies charged, lights off, menus stacked, and props and signs are put away nicely.
- Verify with the busser that all carafes are cleaned and buckets are as well.
- Have a final number: total number of tables (reserved/walkup), how many total bottles per table, comped and paid. Overall summary of the night (crowd, process, execution, etc.)
- Look over the sidebar and make sure the station is cleaned, organized, and well-stocked for the next shift.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
