The base salary range for this role is $96,000 per year - $130,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a Customer Development Executive on the Fanatics Betting & Gaming VIP team, you will play a key role in the execution of our VIP acquisition strategy, focused on identifying, attracting and onboarding high-value gaming customers. You’ll work closely with VIP leadership to help cultivate the highest quality onboarding experience for new clients, setting a tone that promotes accelerated growth, strong brand loyalty and retention for FBG’s gaming products.
Responsibilities
- Seek, engage and acquire high-end gaming clientele.
- Support go-to-market strategy for new state launch campaigns.
- Conceptualize, plan and facilitate VIP acquisition events and activations.
- Cultivate relationships that develop net promoters and referral sources.
- Attend marquee events as a representative of the FBG VIP team.
- Identify and action Fanatics enterprise cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to lead generation and outreach initiatives.
- Drive net new revenue and process enhancements.
- Deliver against company responsible gaming metrics.
Skills and Qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in high end sales, customer service, casino marketing or premium account management role.
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper-growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
- Knowledge of and passion for the sports entertainment and/or online gaming industry preferred.
- Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
- Travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices, conferences, events, meetings and team building activities for this role is expected around 25% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
