Spark School of Music is expanding and we need a Violin And Viola Teacher as cool as our students.

Our motto here is "Have fun while being the best" - does that fit you? Sure, we have a laid-back atmosphere, but we also expect all of our teachers to be rockstar instructors. All in the hopes that we can help create little rockstars.

More than being a teacher though, you're going to be a mentor. We want our teachers to be someone the kids look up to. Sure, we are teaching music lessons every week, but it's more than that. Sometimes it's about checking in on the students' weekly lives. How's school going or how's soccer going? Then we dive into learning music together and build a relationship with the kids.

We lean more towards the contemporary side of music - everything from Taylor Swift to Metallica.

Let's talk about how cool our recitals are for a minute. We're talking fog machines, amazing lights, huge screens, and a camera crew. Our mission is to give kids the rock star experience that I have always dreamed of as a kid.

No teaching experience is required. Spark leans more towards the contemporary side of music - everything from Taylor Swift to Metallica and caters the lessons to what the kids are interested in.

We cater mainly to children. About 90% of our students are between 3 and 16 years old. We welcome adult students but our suburban market area has resulted in a student base of mainly children.Lessons are generally after 2 PM and can be flexible to your schedule.

Lessons are held onsite at 240 Central Ave, Osseo, MN 55369 and 1312 81st Ave NE, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $23.00 - $26.00/hour.
