```Duties```
- Flying out to clients every 2 weeks and recording content with clients around the country. All expenses payed for
- Recording content for local construction clients in the Kansas City Area
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade equipment
- Edit and produce videos for various purposes, including marketing, training, and events
- Collaborate with clients or team members to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing
- Ensure the proper setup of lighting, audio, and other technical aspects for video shoots
- Manage and organize video files, assets, and equipment inventory
```Qualifications```
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, post-production processes, and color grading
- Experience in video production from concept development to final delivery
- Ability to operate professional-grade cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients or team members
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography and video editing work is highly preferred
