Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Multimedia Content Creation: plan and execute visually appealing and creative photography and videography projects to support and promote the visual identity and marketing goals of The Warehouse at C.C. Creations and Maroon U in platforms such as e-commerce, website content, email campaigns, social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), signage, and videos, etc.

• Conceptualization and Planning: collaborate with creative and marketing teams to strategically plan (scout locations, arrange props, coordinate logistics, etc.), schedule and organize photo sessions

• Equipment Management: operate and maintain all professional-grade photography and videography equipment; recommend equipment upgrades to enhance overall as needed

• Post-Production Expertise: edit and retouch photographs to achieve desired results; edit and assemble video footage to create polished and engaging content

• Event Coverage: attend promotional events, product launches to capture photographic and video content

• Quality Assurance: thoroughly critique visual content to ensure standards, guidelines and objectives are met; promptly and proficiently revise content as needed

• Media Management: organize and maintain a well-structured and catalogued digital library for the storage of photographic and video files

• Continuous Learning: through ongoing professional development, remain updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in photography and videography

What should you have?

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in film, art, or photography preferred

• Proven multimedia (photography and videography) content creation experience

• Detailed knowledge of photography art and lights (studio light and outdoor lighting). Must know how to control natural and artificial lighting conditions.

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other photographic/video software.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week). You will be required to work some nights, weekends, holidays, and all A&M home football games (or big events related to Texas A&M University).
