The Lucas Howard Group | Keller Williams Realty is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist who will be working alongside our COO and Director of Operations to develop and implement successful marketing strategies for our brand and business.
As a successful hire, you will be tasked with creating and implementing our marketing materials/efforts and running our social media channels. Your goal is to use marketing, social media, and advertising to properly reflect our company's mission, vision, and values in order to generate brand awareness and business.
To be chosen for this role, you must have a strong background with prior work experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, video production, and/or public relations.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is required and Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics/Adwords, or similar applications experience is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also needed within this role.
Experience with event coordination and planning is a plus.
This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the COO, DOO, internal teams, clients, and partners on LHG marketing strategy.
- Create high-quality video content for YouTube and our other social media platforms.
- Creates content calendar and content for all platforms according to team goals per platform.
- Working closely with the sales team to support our agents.
- Giving presentations on current campaigns to the LHG team and other KW marketing teams.
- Copywriting for all brand marketing materials.
- Create and monitor email and radio campaigns.
- Create professionally designed marketing materials with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Track ROI on all Marketing and Event projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Website and Google Analytics management.
- Creating and monitoring Marketing budgets.
- Planning new opportunities for LHG to branch out with local and regional partners.
- Hiring and coordinating LHG Intern Program.
- Organizing market research.
- Updating social media accounts.
- Organize and run our internship program.
- Innovate, create, and elevate our team to the next level!
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of digital marketing and content creation experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design platforms.
- Experience working with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Competency in Google Suite.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to think creatively and work outside of the box.
