Job Overview
The Video Editor Assistant is responsible for assisting the Video Production Developer build performance-driven digital campaigns for IRA Financial for distribution on YouTube and other online media platforms. The individual who holds this position will be responsible for assisting the Lead video producer in creating and editing video content and graphics for the IRA Financial YouTube Channel and shooting videos in green screen in the studio in Miami beach. The ideal candidate should have solid technical and production capabilities, a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Experience in filming videos and knowledge of lighting techniques is required.

- On-Site, possible Hybrid
- Part Time (up to 20 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities
- Edit podcasts and videos for different platforms.
- Shooting videos at the office in our green screen studio.
- Help with the lives for our YouTube channel every week.
- Create intros, lower thirds, transitions, outros, and icon animations.
- Coordinate, schedule, and publish webinars and videos on YouTube channel.
- Manage multiples tasks at the same time and support the team with motion graphics and video editing expertise.
- Manage filming of videos
- Address technical issues promptly.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ Years Video Production Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems
- Knowledge in motion graphics and 2D animations in Adobe After Effects
- Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere; strong skillset in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent portfolio with track record of producing high quality videos.
- Knowledge of DSLR cameras, control switchers, and audio.
- Independently reliable; performs tasks without close supervision. Ability to manage filming sessions and demonstrated understanding of lighting and green screen usage.
