Most of the current pharmaceuticals only offer a one size fits all approach and often come with unwanted and potentially dangerous side effects. We found that through compounding we can offer a much more personalized solution to medicine.
Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Content Creator to join our team at Strive Pharmacy. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality, and purpose-driven Video Content that resonates with our audience and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Filming video and capturing audio for daily short-form content that provides value to our audience and providers.
- Identifying and executing opportunities for new content creation.
- Filming and capturing audio for long-form projects such as podcasts, interviews, case studies, and testimonials.
- Preparing and organizing footage for post-production.
- Brainstorming new ideas for content and assisting in its planning.
- Capturing photo content that matches the video aesthetic.
Desired Skills
- Understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless & Camcorder cameras and the ability to quickly adjust settings for various environments.
- Proficiency in capturing both planned high-quality Video Content and "run and gun" quick-paced video scenarios.
- Experience capturing clean audio from talking subjects using lav, dynamic, and condenser microphones.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to direct subjects for content while ensuring their comfort.
- Excellent file management and organization skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to accept constructive criticism.
Required Skills
- At least 3-4 years of related experience, with at least 1 year as a lead filmer
- Demonstrated experience in capturing high-quality video/audio content.
- Examples of projects where the candidate was the lead filmer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- While prior experience in the pharmacy industry is not required, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and immerse themselves in the industry to create consistent, high-value content. Must possess skills in filming and capturing audio.
