Victim Advocate

Position description:

Immediate response to varying issues of shelter clients, provide a secure and supportive environment for program residents, provide crisis intervention services for hotline

Desired qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a role serving clients or customers
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Passion and alignment with Quanada's mission and values
• Willingness to commit to a self-care plan to mitigate harm from vicarious trauma
