LSS is seeking an executive leader to provide oversight of daily staff operations across the state. The Vice-President, Program Services will work directly with senior leaders and directors to manage daily operations and work on staff coaching and development. LSS is a large statewide organization offering 18 service lines to meet our vision that all South Dakotans will be healthy, safe and accepted. HOURS: Full-time, 40+ hours weekly
LOCATION: This position can be based in Sioux Falls or Rapid City

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee daily programmatic operations for all of LSS service lines. Manage and coach staff. Assist in the development of annual service plans that help to measure progress toward the agency vision. Serve as a member of LSS Leadership and Executive Teams. The position reports to the Chief Program Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus four years senior level experience in a social service setting. Master’s degree preferred. Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing. Independent problem solving ability. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
