Purpose of the Role:
The VP of Product Management is a key role in making mPulse the leader in outcome-driven health engagement. This person will gain insights into market and customer needs, determine product strategy and execute go-to-market plans. The person will create and communicate product roadmaps and deliver products to delight our customers.

Minimum 5+ years as a practicing product owner/manager in a lean/agile SaaS product development team
Minimum 5+ years of leading a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment
MBA or business management qualifications

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and related personnel.
- Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
- Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
- Lead, define, represent, and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
- Own the product roadmap and communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.
- Deliver product releases to achieve customer growth and business results.
- Assess market trends and customer feedback to develop product strategy.
- Manage go-to-market plans for each product release.
- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.
- Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decisive action.
- Experience practicing product owner/manager in a lean/agile SaaS product development team
- Experience leading a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of delivering successful enterprise SaaS products (B2B, B2B2C)
- Ability to Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
