Job Description
- Responsible for managing and leading the operations team (6 direct reports, 1 Manufacturing Manager, 2 Supply Chain, 2 Engineers) in a CNC machining and assembly manufacturing operation
- Will initiate and implement a lean manufacturing program
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of plant management experience
- Strong lean/manufacturing/supply chain background
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required
