Our client is a federally designated organ procurement organization (OPO) serving the New York metropolitan area, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester counties, and the lower Hudson Valley. Operating at the intersection of healthcare and logistics, they are in search of a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in their continued success. This is an ONSITE position M-F in Long Island City.

Leadership Responsibilities: As the chosen candidate, you will lead the revitalization of the HR department, including the recruitment of a Senior Director. Your role will require a deep understanding of HR rules and regulations, particularly labor laws, in alignment with the organization's commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
