At the Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette, Inc., we have over 40 years of experience in providing workforce, education and early childhood educational services to the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and writing skills, as well as an ability to cultivate partnerships.
This position is a full time exempt position (minimum of 40 hours per week) with a full benefit package paid by the employer after 60 days.
Purpose: Build stronger agency partnerships by overseeing internal and external relations with staff, customers, and businesses across multiple counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 6 years' experience in a managerial-level position preferably with a non-profit/not-for-profit agency covering multiple counties.
