Job Summary:
We have an exciting new opportunity at Real Chemistry and are looking for a Vice President, Customer Success/Client Engagement. This role is part of a new and senior level, centralized team being developed to formulate, propose, and present our comprehensive Transformative Healthcare Markets solutions to new and existing Real Chemistry clients. In this role, you will be the steward of client relationship success and connection to our solutions and building the ongoing Customer Success model that will be scalable within our organization.
This is a terrific opportunity to partner to build a Customer Success model that can serve as a future model for the Transformative Healthcare Market teams and our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech, and Life Sciences arenas!
This role can be fully remote in the US with ability to travel across geographical regions, to clients, new business meetings and internal planning/leadership meetings.
What you'll do:
  • Create, maintain, and grow relationships with Transformative Healthcare Market clients.
  • Design Customer Success metrics and feedback mechanisms/channels to align with ongoing Transformative Healthcare Market priorities, capabilities and offerings.
  • Manage client relationships, managing expectations of internal teams and translating needs, timings, and deliverables to multi-disciplined teams.
  • Translate clients’ and market needs into inputs for reporting roadmap(s) and priorities.
  • Monitor, analyze, track, and report on one-time purchases by new clients and expanded portfolio opportunities from existing clients to further build Customer Success plans and cross-section client targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, marketing operations and campaign development to drive cross-sector campaign targets.
  • Create and implement Customer Success playbook for Transformative Healthcare Markets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Real Chemistry capabilities, working with Account Leads, internal Stakeholders and Collaborative Growth Counsel (cross-functional with RC Leadership).
  • Contribute significantly to build and grow Real Chemistry business with existing as well as new clients.

What you should have:
  • 10+ years’ experience of proven Customer Success/Sales/Sales Management roles; experience in Pharma/healthcare industry essential.
  • Direct, hands-on experience working with existing clients to increase portfolio of business as well as working with new/prospective clients.
  • Highly focused, strong custom service mindset, with ability to manage client expectations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal Stakeholders and Account Leads, New Business Team, and Sales Operations Team.
  • Expertise and experience in developing senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying and proposing solutions that best meet our client’s needs.
  • Creative and problem-solver that inspires employees and clients with strong passion to develop business solutions value for our clients.
  • Ability (and desire) to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, environment!
Pay Range: $175,000 to $230,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
