HorsePower Brands is a portfolio company of franchise brands in the home services industry, delivering first-in-class customer service and experiences. We are hiring a Brand Vice President to lead our brand, Heroes Lawn Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in a growing start-up environment and has extensive experience with the HLC service lines, including landscaping and irrigation. You will be involved in all activities and developing initiatives across the business as we scale up. You will be the point person for employees supporting Sales and Operations and should naturally take pride as a trusted adviser ensuring you provide an exceptional experience to our Franchise Network.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leads and coaches Franchise Network, promoting brand strategy and idea generation
- Builds and aligns teams around brand positioning, architecture, and design system
- Serves as trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional brand experience and addressing challenges
- Proactively identifies and addresses brand challenges, maintains skills, and reports metrics to executive team
Vice Brand President Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years leadership or ownership experience in lawn care industries
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Strategic mindset linking long-term vision with short-term goals
- Excellent communicator influencing organizational leadership
- Strong track record in team building, development, and coaching
- Proactive, self-reliant and a strong focus on results
- GED or high school diploma required
- A high degree of business acumen (preferred)
- Experience in working with franchises (preferred)
- Experience in Traction EOS model (preferred)
